This style of yoga has the ability to bring a fluid, meditative quality to the practice which allows the mind to be steady and the body to open. Through alignment, breath, creative flows and inspiring beats, I aim to offer you a BRAVE space to explore possibility!

Foundational and Slow Flow

Grounding, educational, perfect for new yogis and those with injuries. Smooth and spacious, for those times you need a chill flow.

vinyasa Flow

Energetic with creative transitions, core and elevated postures

Yoga sculpt + hiit

Yoga + High Intensity Interval Training = a good sweat!

Yin yoga

Yin Yoga is the opposite of the more yang practice of Vinyasa and targets the connective tissues - fascia, ligaments and tendons. Postures are held between 3-5 minutes and props are offered for support.

Meditation

Meditation promotes emotional and mental stability. It helps alleviate stress, anxiety and depression. These short, mini meditations are accessible for all. There’s a variety of ways to meditate, try them out here, all FREE.

DaYo

Where yoga meets dance. A unique program driven by the beat, energized with breath and expressed through you. Access program exclusively through Body FX.
