This style of yoga has the ability to bring a fluid, meditative quality to the practice which allows the mind to be steady and the body to open. Through alignment, breath, creative flows and inspiring beats, I aim to offer you an inclusive space to explore possibility!
Foundational and Slow Flow
Grounding, educational, perfect for new yogis and those with injuries. Smooth and spacious, for those times you need a chill flow.

Yin yoga
Yin Yoga is the opposite of the more yang practice of Vinyasa and targets the connective tissues - fascia, ligaments and tendons. Postures are held between 3-5 minutes and props are offered for support.
Meditation
Meditation promotes emotional and mental stability. It helps alleviate stress, anxiety and depression. These short, mini meditations are accessible for all. There’s a variety of ways to meditate, try them out here, all FREE.
DaYo
Where yoga meets dance. A unique program driven by the beat, energized with breath and expressed through you. Access program exclusively through Body FX.

Tsha is a fabulous yoga teacher! I’ve been working with her for a year and a half and she is the best. Our sessions have been virtual for the last 6 months and it’s almost the same as being in the studio together. It allows more flexibility to schedule which is a great help.
