4:00pm | Power (heated 95 medium to fast paced flow)

4:00pm | Hot (high heat 105, set sequence)
5:30pm | Sculpt & Flow (yoga , circuit weight training & cardio)

7:30am | Power (heated 95 medium to fast paced flow)

4:15pm | Reset (slow flow vinyasa, warm room) - pop up 5 week class begins 1/29
5:30pm | Glow (medium paced vinyasa, warm room)
